This policy explains what Outrank collects when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, and how you stay in control. We keep it short and in plain English.

What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, work email, phone, company, website and anything you write in a form, such as the audit request or the contact form.
• Website analytics: pages visited, the search or ad that brought you here, device and rough location. We use this to see which pages help people and which don't.
• Calls and email: if you book a call or write to us, we keep the notes and the thread so the next person you talk to knows the story.

Ad and analytics data we access for clients

When you hire us, you give our team access to accounts such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and your Business Profile. We use that access only to run and report on the work you hired us for. We read campaign, keyword, traffic and conversion data. We never sell it, and we never use one client's data to benefit another.

Your accounts stay in your name

Every ad account, analytics property and profile we build or run belongs to you. You hold the owner access, and we are added as a user. If we stop working together, you remove us and everything stays with you.

Who helps us

A short list of trusted providers helps us run the agency: website hosting, email, call booking, CRM, reporting dashboards and payments. Each one may only use your data to provide that service to us, under a written agreement. The current list is available on request.

How long we keep it

• Form and email enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted if we never worked together.
• Client records and reports: for the length of the contract plus 6 years for tax and accounting.
• Analytics data on this website: 14 months.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Object to marketing email at any time with the unsubscribe link in every message.
• Complain to your local data protection authority if you think we got something wrong.

We answer every privacy request within 30 days, most within a week.
